Olivier Madore-Millette is a Québec-based jazz musician, organist, pianist, composer and arranger, who stands out as one of the most distinctive voices in today’s Canadian jazz scene.
A master of the Hammond organ, he creates a vibrant sonic universe where jazz, soul and funk meet, driven by an approach that is both expressive, accessible, and deeply rooted in groove. On stage, his inhabited playing and musical sensitivity create an immediate connection with audiences, reaching far beyond traditional jazz circles.
With his sextet, he released the album Live at Ste-Angèle, critically acclaimed and named Best Album of 2024 by sortiesjazznight.ca, confirming the strength and relevance of his artistic vision.
In 2017, he founded the Pulsart Trio, a unique ensemble bringing together organ, vibraphone and drums. The group quickly made its mark on the Canadian scene, earning two GAMIQ nominations (Jazz Album of the Year) as well as the Grand Prize for Emerging Artists at the Festi-Jazz de Rimouski.
