BIOGRAPHY

For the past twenty years, Marc Maziade has been exploring traditional, jazz, classical and modern music as a musician, composer, producer and arranger.


With his group MAZ, he has released three albums that have been nominated for fifteen awards in traditional, jazz and world music. In total, the group has performed over 400 shows worldwide, including an official showcase at the prestigious international WOMEX conference.

Today, Marc Maziade revives MAZ, inspired by the encounters he made during his last solo project: Horizons.
 
You're invited to witness this new take-off on stage, where MAZ's vibrant energy will immerse you in a new sound universe, juggling creations and traditions.

Keyboards, electric guitar and drum rub shoulders with violin, banjo and double bass, to a frenzied foot-tapping beat.
 
A show of stunning solos, danceable themes, textures and rhythmic footwork.
